What qualifications and security does the company have?

Our company is registered in Australia and supervised by Australian Government, Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) and the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC), which ensures the security of each transaction.

I am not in Australia, can I still able to trade with Summit Fidelity Finance?

Sure. We would like you to invite you to visit our office at the time of your first transaction so that we can establish a customer profile for you. However, if not, we can contact and confirm your trade detail with you by telephone, fax, email or any internet media, you don’t have to come in to our office in person.

Do I need to trade after locking the rate?

Yes, you must do the remittance.

How long will the account be valid after locking rate?

Within one hour.
